Prior to joining EQT, in February 2009, Ms Karitha Ericson spent 10 years with SEB in Human Resources, most recently as Global Head of Human Resources at the Wealth Management division. During Ms Ericson’s career with SEB she held various positions such as Human Resources Manager for the Trading and Capital Market, Head of HR in New York, Finland and Luxembourg.

Prior to SEB  Ms Ericson worked six years at Arthur Andersen Human Resources where she was responsible for the Nordic Training Program and recruiting.

Ms Ericson holds a Degree of Bachelor of Social Science from Stockholm University with a Major in Psychology with Specialization in Personnel, Work and Organization.  Ms Ericson has also studied Organizational Psychology for two years at Stockholm University.
