Mr Carl Kistenmacher joined EQT in April 2009.

Prior to this Mr Kistenmacher worked in the Corporate Finance department at ABG Sundal Collier in Stockholm where he focused on M&A activities. Mr Kistenmacher has also worked for Evli Bank Corporate Finance in Stockholm focusing on Nordic transactions.
 
Mr Kistenmacher holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm which included studies at University of Florida. In addition to this he holds a M.Sc. in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London.
